Seeing Antisemitism Through Law: Case Law Database Presentation

Panel talks on how antisemitism is addressed in courts and legal practice across Europe

On September 25, 2025, the Europa-Universität Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) hosts the launch of the case law database “Seeing Antisemitism Through Law”. The event will explore how antisemitism is addressed in European legal systems, drawing on case law from Poland, Germany, France, and the UK, and featuring insights from research, advocacy, law enforcement, and legal practice. Following the first panel, moderated by Alexandra Kemmerer on comparative legal perspectives, the second panel will look at practice-oriented perspectives and is moderated by Benjamin Lahusen. Project lead Reut Yael Paz will open the event.
