Xinyu Yuan ist Leiterin der Forschungsgruppe Friedenssicherung und Konfliktmanagement durch die Vereinten Nationen und Senior Researcher im Programmbereich Internationale Institutionen am PRIF. Ihre Forschungs­schwerpunkte sind Peacekeeping und Peace­building, Wandel der inter­nationalen Ordnung und Anfechtung von Normen, nicht-westliche Mächte und die transnationale Zivilgesellschaft.
