Jean-Baptiste Sebgo ist Researcher in der Forschungsgruppe African Intervention Politics im Programm­bereich Lokale Friedens­ordnungen des PRIF. Er forscht zur Rolle von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) im Bereich Friedensförderung und Konfliktanalyse. Zu seinen weiteren Schwer­punkten zählen neue disruptive Techno­logien, Reformen des Sicherheits­sektors (SSR), Sicherheits­politik, Bürger­kriege und inner­gesellschaftliche Konflikte. Jean-Baptiste war zuvor für die Vereinten Nationen tätig und arbeitete als Risiko­berater für private und öffentliche Einrichtungen.
