Rafael Quishpe ist asso­ziierter For­scher im Programmbereich Inner­staatliche Kon­flikte am PRIF und im Forschungs­zentrum „Trans­formation of Political Vio­lence“ (TraCe). In seiner For­schung inte­ressiert er sich für die poli­tische Wieder­eingliederung von ehe­maligen Kom­battant:innen und die Beziehung zwischen Musik, bewaff­neten Kon­flikten und Friedens­förderung.
