Franziska Heil
Democracy needs knowledge – knowledge needs to be transferred.
Franziska Heil is a Knowledge Transfer Officer in the PrEval project and a member of the Radicalization Research Group. She works at the intersection between academia, professional practice, politics and the public and coordinates the exchange of information on current developments and findings in the field of quality assurance in the prevention of extremism, the promotion of democracy and political education. She has been working intensively on extremist (online) strategies and possible prevention approaches for several years. As part of a teaching assignment at the Hessian University of Applied Sciences for Public Management and Security, she shares her experiences with prospective police officers in training.
