Dr. Caroline Fehl

Senior Researcher

Dr. Caroline Fehl is a Senior Research Fellow in the Research Department International Security. Her research focuses on norms, institutions and organizations in the field of international security.  She is particularly interested in transatlantic security policy, nuclear arms control, disarmament and nonproliferation, as well as in international criminal prosecutions and transitional justice measures related to war crimes and human rights violations.
