Since January 2026, the PRIF library has been offering additional access to international academic publishers, supplementing its existing collection of e-books. This gives the institute's researchers access to e-books from the four largest publishers in the field of international relations: Oxford UP, Cambridge UP, Routledge, and Springer.
External visitors can also use the new digital services if they work on site as walk-in users. The library, which was redesigned when the institute moved in September 2025, offers numerous comfortable workspaces and a group study room.
The PRIF library is Germany's largest specialist library in the field of peace and conflict research. It is also open to external users.
