PRIF Presents Research Projects at the Science Festival Frankfurt 2024

To­gether with fif­teen leading re­search insti­tutions from the Rhine-­Main region and Goethe Uni­versity, the PRIF partici­pated in the Frankfurt Alliance’s first Frank­furt Science Festival on September 28, 2024.  

In our science tent, we presented current research projects and contri­buted to the varied program on the main stage. A video loop featured PRIF re­searchers in media reports. Visitors had the chance to test their know­ledge of NATO in a quiz. 

The PRIF had brought a trans­parent acrylic box to help prepare for the upcoming “Frankfurt Ideas for Peace” event at the Frank­furt City Library. Our visitors were invited to share their questions and thoughts on the topics of war, peace, and con­flict and to write them down on origami doves they had folded them­selves. The color­ful paper doves could be dropped into the box like a mail­box. On December 12, 2026, the event took place at the Frank­furt City Library, where we answered the questions.
